I originally came here because a key a fell in a small hole in my car. I went to another Honda and wanted to charge me. They claimed they would have to take the car apart. When I went past Sacucci I went to ask about my problem. They just got a magnet and got it. They didn’t even charge. I wound up going back for other services.

I highly recommend Saccucci Honda if you’re looking for an honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate dealership. Jace, in sales, was a pleasure to work with and Barry so patient as I attempt to learn the new technology. This is the second CRV that I’ve purchased from Saccucci and I wouldn’t consider another dealership. They are the best from purchasing to servicing the vehicle and are never to busy to answer question or to help resolve any issues. I recommend Saccucci with absolutely no reservations.

Saccucci Honda is a first class dealership. They treat their customers like family, with respect and provide transparency. This culture starts with their owners and permiates throughout the entire dealership. I just purchased a 2026 CR-V for my parents from Saccucci last weewk and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I interacted, Carol, Barbara, Michael, Lucas and Kellyann were kind, patient and willing to explain everything to me. They kept to the timelines the promised, delivered the car on time, took me through all its features and my parents couldn't be happer. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda and live in the area, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Great experience at Sacucci Honda,. Salesman Jace was easy to work with and knowledgeable. No pressure while looking and test driving, and offered a fair price right away without any last minute surprise fees like other dealers I've dealt with. Whole experience here was great.

I’ve never had a greater experience looking for a car in my life. Me and my wife were in Middletown this afternoon and stopped by . We were greeting immediately and got help from Meagan the sales and leasing consultant. She was very pleasant and overly nice ! She showed us a new truck and answered every question we had and left us with smile. I highly recommend this dealership and Meagan. Not a salesman, a professional!!!

It’s been a few weeks since we picked up our 2026 Passport. Thank you to the Saccucci team for making the purchasing process fast and easy. Vanessa in internet sales really set the ball rolling enabling us to make the initial decision to go with Saccucci Honda and what particular vehicle we were looking for. Manager Alex then picked up the ball and found the vehicle and put the right people in position to complete the purchase. Gary Rubin did a nice job in meeting us and to go over a few things and Barry Dressler did a great job going over many of the features in the car so that we could have a solid foundation to build from. Kellyann made the financing move smoothly to get us on the road. It’s refreshing to find a team that coordinates well to make a pleasant car buying experience. +A Lengthy Review+ = First, we are not from this area, but from good ol' NJ. We have been buying Hondas and leasing Hondas since 2016-even during Covid... Now, having said that, were in the area for a short vacation. We were in my 2023 Passport Lease which was due up in January 2026. My wife had spotted a truck the day before on a competitors lot, which was being sold at a major discount, 5k below sticker. However, they were not able to take our Honda on trade (New rules by most automakers after Covid that you can not trade your vehicle but to that makes' dealership) So, the next day we decided to go to the auto musem. Never made it. My wife saw this beatuiful used Passport in the lot of Saccuccci and wanted to see if we could deal on it. We also drove around the lot first, seeing what was on the lot, front and back. I also spotted one new Ridgeline Trailsport in Gray. We waked into the dealer ship, and it looked like they were closed. No traffic, not a soul on the lot or in the building who was looking to make a deal. Then to our left, a young man stepped up and asked what we were looking for. When we told him, he immediatedly sprang into action. Were not able to make a deal on the used Passport, so I asked about the new Ridgeline. After a slight negotiation, we were able to to make a deal on the Ridgeline. I will say that comapred to NJ Honda Dealers, this place seemed so unorthodox. But after further review, this place is normal. It is the NJ Honda dealers that are unorthodox...Our salesman's name is Jace, and he is as cool as a cucumber. The whole experience was very laid back, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. There was much trust built on that Saturday. We live 4 1/2 hours away, but I would make the drive again both ways to do buisness with Jace. I also do appreciate the trust that was given by Saccucci to us as well. Those who read this who work there will understand what I mean...What a blessing from the Lord it is to buy a vehicle from Jace at Saccucci! Happy Fouth! GOD Bless You!

This is a nice dealership on the island. I've been dealing with them for over 10 years now. It's like any place, there are people there you like and trust, and others who seem to be more about the money. Mr Blade in the collision center is an honest and stand up gentleman, and it will be a loss to the dealership if he ever leaves. He does not let the insurance companies put in sub standard parts, and is honest with you about what they actually want to do, vs what he is going to do. Unfortunately, I've had to use his services a number of times over the years, and I still immediately recommend his services to others who have been in an accident. For service, I always deal with Anthony, or Jose if Anthony is not available. He will tell you what he recommends, and then what you can realistically push off until next time, or what you have to prioritize. He will be honest with you. For sales, unfortunately, I don't have a recommendation, sorry, but I can tell you that Saccucci gave me a better deal on my last two leases then Balise did, so I can't complain. Hope this helps.

I have been searching for a car for a while now and came across this 2016 Honda CR-V last week 3.14.25 on the lot and online. As soon as I made an inquiry online and once they opened I immediately called and got a quick response. I’d like to thank Brenda and Bill who were very helpful and transparent with me. Brenda told me car was being looked at and would let me know Brenda connected me with Bill, who is Manager of the Used Vehicle Department. Bill then called me back to inform me that the 2016 Honda CR-V was sold, but would take my information down to call me if something similar came up, guess what Bill calls me yesterday to inform me of a 2015 Honda CR-V! Even though I didn’t make a purchase there I was so impressed with how Wonderful the interaction and follow up with me was. I would’ve wished to have done business with Sacucci!

Love this place …came in today unexpected because my drivers side windshield wiper wasn’t working and spoke with Chris at the front reception who is AMAZING very friendly and professional who told me to go to the service desk …As I was explaining what was wrong Jose Solar overheard me and came up to me and said to bring my car around and he would look at it …He did and had to adjust something and filled up my windshield wiper fluids …It took all of 10 minutes ….I bought my car back in September of 2024 best decision I made …I am one Happy customer …Thank you Chris and Jose

I was an absolute nightmare customer from the a sales perspective. Had done all my research and shopped around, and wanted to take advantage of very specific new incentives and leases on the prologue. I was extremely uncertain as to whether or not I was even going to take a car at all but it would all depend on how the dealership handled my specific requests for how I wanted to pay for my lease. Despite my very specific idiosyncracies my sales person Meagan was EXTREMELY professional and patient with me as I examined the deals and weighed all my options over a 2+ week period with several emails visits phone calls etc. She has several top awards but she deserves another one just for having to deal with me! Go see Meagan if you want a new car on the island!

The entire Saccucci staff are a breath of fresh air! I purchased my previous 2 vehicles from another dealership. During my visits to multiple dealerships in the past I've never felt valued as a customer. I think some dealerships treat people like they are lucky to be buying from them not that they are happy to have you as a customer! Lucas B. was really patient with me. He explained things over and over until I really understood. He was knowledgeable and kind. I left with a car I love! Thank you to Kellyann for her patience and expertise as well. I was searching for a reliable commuting vehicle, in a certain price range and Casey was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. Its worth it to drive past 3 other Honda dealers to get the honesty and excellent customer service that I received.
