I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I bought a brand new 2025 Honda CRV in Ohio. A Honda driving friend of mine suggested to contact Saccucci Honda in Middletown, Rhode Island if I was contemplating purchasing an OEM Honda Care Warranty. So, I did contact them over the phone, and after just “30 HASSLE FREE MINUTES” of discussing the policy, I purchased a 10 year, 100 thousand mile, zero deductible warranty off of them for an amazing price. It’s beyond words can describe, how simple, strait forward and easy this important transaction was to complete. Kudos to the people of Saccucci Honda in Rhode Island. Well done folks !! If only the entire world would run like this well oiled machine they have going up there in Rhode Island. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Thank You, Thank you and Thank you again. P.S. I’ve sent at least 6 people to them for the same Warranty since my original purchase. If they were closer than 9 hours from Pittsburgh, I undoubtedly would have purchased the car there as well.

This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Saccucci Honda was my first choice because of my prior purchases and their outstanding reputation. I arrived at 3:30 PM and, to my surprise, drove out with my brand-new car by 6:30 PM—just 2–3 hours, and that too while trading in my old car! The entire team made the process smooth, easy, and truly enjoyable. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. A special thanks to one and all for setting up the appointment, guiding me through the paperwork, and explaining all the features of my new car. I absolutely love my new Honda!

I just want to give a shoutout to the owners of this dealership. I was treated like a queen by Jason in service right down to every detail of my serviced vehicle and recall. If only other dealers could focus on customer service as himself and his co-workers do life would be much easier without hassles! I bought my car new at Saccucci 4 years ago because the Toyota dealership salespeople were so rude they acted like snobs! That’s the past and now I am only going to deal with my Honda dealership. Sacucci Honda is a very honest and reliable dealership. Many times they have been honest and told me that my car does need work but I can get it done for a better price at a local mechanic. Other times they have caught work that would have cost me thousands of dollars if I delayed it. One time my car was being serviced and they noticed a spot on the top of my car of chipped paint. I had been putting off fixing it since it was just cosmetic work. While my car was being serviced they went ahead and filed a warranty claim. They told me that my paint has a longer warranty and they will repaint my car for free (under the warranty). They gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks and completely repainted the top of my car. I did not pay anything for this but did see the bill and it was $4000. I am grateful they were proactive on that and saved me from a potentially large bill if I waited longer. I've been to other Honda dealerships but this is truly the only one that I trust to do good quality work and not rip me off.

I originally came here because a key a fell in a small hole in my car. I went to another Honda and wanted to charge me. They claimed they would have to take the car apart. When I went past Sacucci I went to ask about my problem. They just got a magnet and got it. They didn’t even charge. I wound up going back for other services.

I highly recommend Saccucci Honda if you’re looking for an honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate dealership. Jace, in sales, was a pleasure to work with and Barry so patient as I attempt to learn the new technology. This is the second CRV that I’ve purchased from Saccucci and I wouldn’t consider another dealership. I just purchased a 2026 CR-V for my parents from Saccucci last weewk and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I interacted, Carol, Barbara, Michael, Lucas and Kellyann were kind, patient and willing to explain everything to me. They kept to the timelines the promised, delivered the car on time, took me through all its features and my parents couldn't be happer.
