In need of a new Honda, I walked into Saccucci's one day around a month ago and Meagan asked if I needed assistance. Little did I know that simple question was the start of the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had -- by far. Meagan and her team had the answers for everything and there was zero pressure from start to finish. And when a minor issue came up with a piece of trim on my new Passport, Meagan responded over the weekend with friendly and super helpful advice about how Saccucci would take care of the problem. Driving into the dealership less than an hour ago, Michaela listened to me, took a look at the problem and had it fixed less than 10 minutes later. My last two cars were purchased at Saccucci Honda. They have a good selection of new and used vehicles. The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program is a great deal. The pricing of trade-ins and vehicles to buy is transparent. The salespeople at Saccucci do everything they can to make the whole process of buying a car smooth and hassle-free. I'll be back for my next Honda in 5 or 10 years.

I got two plans with them very professional. Mistakenly ordered a third plan was charged the same day. I noticed it was charged and I called immediately sent an email no problems at all. They were very professional and canceled it immediately.I will be using them again in the near future if I ever get another Honda, which I probably will.
